Eric Tay – Director Dip (Bldg Mgt), B Sc (Econs) (Hons)
Eric Tay was last with Knight Frank Estate Management (KFEM) rising to the position of Associate Director in July 2003 after joining them as Property Manager in December 2000. He was with Colliers Jardine for 4 years prior to joining KFEM. Eric has more than 24 years of property and facility management experience, both in industrial, mixed developments as well as residential properties.
During the term of his service at KFEM, Eric managed a portfolio of properties, including The Bayshore, Mandarin Gardens and Lucky Plaza.

Lynn Chua is a Certified Public Accountant having been involved in all aspects of Management Corporation accounts for the past five years. She was last with a public listed company as its Group Accountant before joining TEaMS.
